There is a powdery material at around 600 degrees, containing chloride ions. What conveying equipment should I use? Is there a belt conveyor that can withstand high temperatures?
I’m not really familiar with this aspect; can air flow be used for transportation? . .

Using high-temperature resistant materials should suffice, right? And what do you mean by chloride ions? At a temperature of 600 degrees, hydrogen chloride vaporizes; the chlorides will have already formed salts and turned into solids, so corrosion caused by chloride ions need not be considered. . . It’s just theoretical analysis; I’ve never encountered such a problem before.
Stainless steel is susceptible to corrosion by chloride ions; it is recommended to use titanium instead.
Carbon steel will do; the material doesn’t need to be of very high quality, as the conveyor belt doesn’t require heat resistance
The anti-scorch belts used in our factory, haha, can only handle temperatures of around 200–300°C
Moreover, yours are in the form of powder particles; environmental protection needs to be taken into account, so as not to create a harsh working environment for the employees
It is recommended to use bucket elevators, buried scraper conveyors, or screw conveyors made of 316L material
Could someone explain in detail the differences between high-temperature corrosion and low-temperature corrosion?
