I would like to ask my friends here: what type of level gauge do you use in your liquid sulfur tanks, and are they effective?
We have two types of level gauges for our flow cell: one is a nitrogen back-purge type, and the other is a radar level gauge. The former is used more effectively, while the latter often causes problems, mainly related to gambling.
Radar level gauges are also very useful, though they get clogged occasionally. It is also easy to maintain.
Level gauges for liquid sulfur tanks are generally made using guided wave radar or a float + magnetic particles
The blow-out type level gauge is inexpensive and easy to maintain.
