Below are the analysis parameters and quality specifications for acetonitrile. For reference: GC purity ≥99.9%, evaporation residue ≤1mg/l, density (20°C) 0.781–0.785, refractive index (20°C/D) 1.3440, moisture content ≤0.02%, acidity ≤0.0005mmol/g, UV transmittance at 200nm ≥90%, and HPLC absorbance at 210nm with peak height ≤10mAU. Note: The conditions for measuring HPLC absorbance are as follows: Venusil-C18 column (4.6*50mm, 5ul), column temperature of 40°C, flow rate of 3ml/min; the mobile phase consists of acetonitrile and water, with the acetonitrile concentration increasing from 10% to 80% over a period of 6 minutes. The sample volume is 20ul (neat). Height of absorption spikes at 210nm ≤ 10 mAU; total height of absorption spikes at 220nm ≤ 100 mAU. Maximum absorbance value (using water as a control in a 1 cm quartz cuvette): 190nm – 1.000, 200nm – 0.050, 210nm – 0.040, 220nm – 0.030, 230nm – 0.010, 240nm – 0.005, 250nm – 0.005
