Switch operators often forget to perform the switching operations; according to the rules, a fine of 100 yuan is imposed on the switch operator for each such omission, while the computer operator who fails to give a reminder is fined 20 yuan. Yet this approach still doesn’t work. Have any of you encountered similar problems? How do you regulate it? Please give me some advice.
We adjust the time by plus or minus 1 minute; if it exceeds that, there will be a penalty. It’s incredible that you could forget. In my opinion, no matter how strict the system is, it’s meaningless without timely inspections.
Why not automatic switching?

There is an automatic system, but it has been shut down. If it were automatic, they would conduct even fewer inspections, and it would be easier for them to be absent from their posts.

How can automatic switching be turned off? Control must be made automatic switching. As for the concern that switchboard workers might not carry out inspections or clean the flue ducts, a time-label system has been implemented to conduct random checks; those found to be failing to carry out inspections or clean the flue ducts are subject to severe penalties.
We place a fake gauge in the flue; it is adjusted each time the flue is cleaned, and we also retrieve the historical records of direction changes to conduct supervision and evaluation.
It’s still a management issue; it can’t be said that the system is turned off automatically without conducting inspections or checking the flues. Once uneven heating occurs due to a lack of exchange over an extended period, the consequences can be quite severe
