Workers' work attitude

The workers in the factory have a poor work attitude; some of them don’t listen to their team leaders, and if necessary, they just quit and look for another job. I wonder how everyone plans for their future?
Of course, it’s necessary to identify the underlying reasons. If someone prefers to resign rather than obey their supervisor, then there’s a high chance that there’s something wrong with that supervisor… If you were in the same situation, you would do the same. So, it’s best to have a private meeting with the workers’ representatives to discuss things, and then consider all that has happened before arriving at a conclusion. Naturally, an answer will then become clear.
