The corresponding card spares for the 15% spare points must also be considered, and the supporting parts of the 10% spare card must also be spared accordingly. Alternate requirements: Calculate the 10% spare amount of the total I/O cards based on the actual number of points in the specification book. 2. For the redundant configuration required in the technical specifications (components related to the control loop such as AO cards, controllers, power supplies, communication buses, etc.), 1 must be done: 1 redundant configuration. AO cards controlled by separate processes do not need to be configured redundantly. 3. The participating control systems must meet the technical requirements in the DCS technical specifications, and each participating manufacturer should list them one by one in the corresponding technical specifications. 4. If there are any differences from the technical specifications, they must be clearly stated in the technical bid. 5. The technical bid requires that the software and hardware configured according to the technical specification should be clearly stated in a table, including the origin, specifications and models of the outsourced components. The spare part should also be clearly stated in a separate table. 6. The configuration of the alarm monitoring console must comply with the requirements in the technical specifications. The external dimensions must be consistent with the DCS console. The dimensions of the internal installation components of the console are provided separately. 7.
