May I ask what steam pressure an enamel kettle can withstand?
Normal production at a pressure of 5 kilograms is definitely no problem. Generally, only 3 kilograms are used.
According to the regulations, the steam pressure for the jacket of a standard enamel tank without any special requirements should be 0.6 MPa. The pressure inside the tank depends on the type of stirring seal used in that enamel tank; a single-face mechanical seal can withstand a pressure of 0.4 MPa, while a double-face seal can handle up to 1.0 MPa.
