How can the minimum circulation rate be achieved during low-temperature methanol washing operations?
Generally speaking, by appropriately increasing or decreasing the load on the ammonia cooler or the propylene cooler, and then reducing the circulation volume as the system temperature drops, it is possible to further reduce the circulation volume and lower the temperature even more... At the very least, this is the minimum circulation volume. Judging from your production process, this approach is better for ammonia synthesis; for methanol synthesis, it is not recommended at the beginning, especially when operating at low capacities. It can be tried after the process becomes stable.
