Valve actuation test for the condensate water system: The difference in the time it takes for certain valves to open and close fully is as much as two seconds. Check to rule out the possibility of valve stem jamming; what are the thermal defects?
Are the bore sizes and pressure differences the same? Is the output capacity of the selected actuator consistent? There are many factor categories here.
Compare the valve parameters with the design parameters; once there are no issues, then check the valve.
