Flue gas desulfurization and dust removal in boilers

Our company makes use of boiler flue gas; after being treated for dust removal and desulfurization in our own power plant, this gas is introduced into our facility, where further desulfurization and dust removal are required. A Venturi scrubber and a packed tower are generally used. We used foreign products in the past, but now we are considering local alternatives. I’m not sure which manufacturers in China are capable of producing such equipment. I contacted several environmental engineering companies, and they all said they could do it. The model is to contract it out to them; they design it and then assign the manufacturing to a third party. I’m not entirely sure whether this model is feasible I tend to look for a manufacturer that can design and produce it, but I haven’t found one. Thank you
This approach is also viable. Generally speaking, environmental protection companies possess the design capabilities and experience in this area, but most of them do not have their own manufacturing capabilities and rely on third parties for processing, just as they do with equipment.

Even if it can be designed and manufactured, the installation still has to be outsourced; so it doesn’t matter as long as the quality is satisfactory
It seems to be the case these days that the party with the relevant technology first proposes a technical solution, and then looks for a third party to act as the main equipment manufacturing company. If the system is complex, an engineering company is also needed to oversee the operation of the entire project.
But I think manufacturers generally have design capabilities, so handing it to one company ensures better quality. Our system isn’t very complex. Since it uses treated boiler flue gas, there is no issue regarding whether the emissions meet the standards. If you know such manufacturers, please recommend them to me. Thank you first.
As for installation, we will issue a tender together with other main equipment.
This is the common pattern these days; even computers are OEM – so what’s the problem with that? First of all, it is important to choose a good design firm; a tiger leading sheep can fight, but it’s much harder when sheep try to lead a tiger
It’s normal; as long as the qualifications are met and there is relevant experience, that’s sufficient.
