Which are the manufacturers of polysilicon production process packages?

Regarding polysilicon synthesis, the manufacturers of distillation process packages include: Chengdu Dongfang Chengda Silicon Materials Technology Development Co., Ltd., the German company Solmic, the American company LXE Process, the Russian Institute of Rare Metals. In China, there are also Luoyang Monocrystalline Silicon Co., Ltd. and Emei Semiconductor Factory, which offer relevant technologies. As for reduction and hydrogenation process packages, the options are PPP from the United States and MSA from Germany. For exhaust gas recovery process packages, CDI from the United States is available. What else is there besides these? Are there mature packages available in China for the latter two items? I wonder what the advantages and disadvantages of these processes are? What is the level of advancement?
In China, the CDI process package is mostly used for the recovery of polysilicon off-gases; as for hydrogenation, this area remains virtually undeveloped in the country – only thermal hydrogenation by Zhongsi and chlorohydrogenation using medium-energy methods have been heard of. These so-called process packages are almost all imported from abroad; domestic equipment is not very reliable, let alone such large-scale process packages...

The so-called process package supply certainly requires protected intellectual property, and the use of such intellectual property is governed by property rights laws in the relevant jurisdiction. Whether it’s the Eighth or Sixth National Research Institutes I’m referring to, the designs they provide (which actually include the process packages and design drawings we discussed) are covered by domestic intellectual property protections. These protections can be achieved through technical cooperation with Russia, as well as through innovations made during the construction of polysilicon plants in China. Taking Dongfang Chengda as an example, the packages they can sell include those related to the 739 and DQEB projects, where joint ownership rights were established through cooperation between the two parties, as well as those related to the XG plant. They dare to sell it because there are legal protections in place; Dongfang Chengda, which uses CDI, doesn’t dare to sell it, even though they have all the necessary drawings, haha.
Engineering companies are another case in point. I don’t quite agree with the claim above that it is illegal abroad for engineering companies to not provide process packages, or that they can’t scale up their operations as a result. Which domestic engineering company doesn’t have its own design qualifications? They simply exist as separate legal entities under the parent company, undertaking design and construction tasks respectively, with independent accounting. Taking the Eighth Institute as an example again: there are legal entities with design qualifications, those with construction capabilities, and also those with supervision qualifications. It’s the same abroad, hehe.

The 10# fan*te facility isn’t owned by Chengda; it was built with funding from Chengda. Hehe, it’s the Mahua Building of Chengdu Chengda – from the land to the stairs, polysilicon companies have contributed at least half of the costs involved
