The electronic balance is broken. How can it be repaired? ? ? Who can **help me out~! Thank you~!
Our ordinary staff cannot carry out repairs; we can only contact the manufacturer or send the instrument to them for repair
That’s right; electronic balances generally can’t be repaired by oneself, and it seems that the manufacturers also rarely provide on-site service. Therefore, when purchasing a balance, it is essential to pay attention to after-sales service. When buying a balance, we should choose a dealer that is nearby, as repairs can be inconvenient; let the dealer provide a replacement unit first and arrange for its repair.
Generally, one can only turn to the manufacturer for repairs. For items like balances, it’s usual to choose a few companies with a very good reputation, well-known firms. Anyway, repairs are quite troublesome; it might be better to consider buying a new one instead
Send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Our electronic balance has also broken down before.
It needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, but the repair time is usually quite long, so one has to be patient!
You can ask someone who knows something about circuits to take a look; sometimes it’s just an issue with poor connections in some sockets or wires. Only if that can’t be resolved should you consider sending it back to the factory or discarding it.
Freeze? No reading? Flash zero? If it’s physical damage, the only option is to send it back to the manufacturer. . .
Our approach is to first have an instrument repair technician make a preliminary assessment; if it’s not a circuit issue or some other problem that we can resolve on our own, then we turn to the Technical Supervision Bureau to ask how much it will cost to carry out the repairs. If it’s too expensive, just consider buying a new one; if it’s a minor issue, have it repaired. Because after it is purchased or repaired, the Technical Supervision Bureau must conduct an inspection. So they are also quite familiar with these manufacturers.
If the repair cost for an electronic balance is high, it’s better to buy a new one.
