“What does “This group cannot upload files” mean?

Students in the second grade can upload attachments~ So what exactly does it mean by “materials cannot be uploaded in this group”? I’m a newbie here; please feel free to guide me if there’s anything I don’t understand. PS: It would be great if you could help solve the poster’s problem as well O(∩_∩)O~
In the first and second grades of elementary school, it is not possible to upload attachment files in the upload area; only pictures can be sent. New members who need to share materials should use cloud storage; only those in grade 3 or above of primary school can upload attachments. It is recommended to learn more about the *version rules
2# Cleaner Thank you, station master! On the first day I arrived at HaiChuan, I read the rules of the forum at http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-30498-1-1.html. Everyone’s interpretation might differ; I’m not sure if it only applies to the upload area… I thought that attachments couldn’t be uploaded either :(
