FDFCCIII is a patent from the Luoyang plant; it features a coaxial parallel design that enables the reduction of sulfur content in gasoline, an increase in its octane rating, an increase in the production of propylene, a reduction in sulfur content in exhaust gases, and an increase in the oil-to-fluid ratio in the heavy oil lift column. It consists of two distillation towers, making it a highly advanced process.
