When the synthesis tower is filled with liquid, the reason for the drop in high-pressure is (assuming no gas leakage from the stripping tower to the lower pressure stage) that the stripping tower cannot handle the load, resulting in less high-pressure decomposition; consequently, the high-pressure level drops for a short period of time. Possible reasons why the liquid level in the synthesis tower cannot drop: 1. The outlet valve of the synthesis tower fails to operate for an extended period due to sticking; perform on-site calibration and contact the instrumentation team for handling. 2. Poor component quality, excessive ammonia-to-carbon ratio; use a variable-frequency ammonia reduction pump to adjust the components of the system. Precautions during processing: 1. The opening degree of the gas-phase control valve of the high-washing unit should be low. 2. The pressure in the high-pressure drum should be kept lower. 3. Prevent gas leakage to low pressure, thereby avoiding further deterioration of the system components.
