Urgent! Urgent! ! ! I would like to ask all friends, which domestic polysilicon production companies are currently involved in the hydrogenation project? How is the operating status? I want to report it to the company to make decisions for the company. Thank you!
Well, I'd like to ask, which other units can open hydrogenation normally?
The scale of chlorine and hydrogenation in Zhongneng is quite large.
Xinguang Silicon Industry seems to have also started, is it thermal hydrogenation? ?
Zhongneng has a large scale of chlorination and hydrogenation, with a total of eight lines, but they are not running very well. On average, it takes about ten days per month for maintenance and material supply, which can only meet about 60% of the raw material demand. There is also a large portion of raw materials that need to be purchased outsourced. Overall it was not very successful.
Could it be that only Xinguang Silicon, Jiangsu Zhongneng and Luoyang Zhongsilicon have implemented hydrogenation, while other polysilicon production companies have not? What a serious waste of resources!
Who can tell me more about this? The report will be submitted this week, hurry!
It seems that Sichuan Yongxiang polysilicon is also on the market. Check online for details.
It seems that Shunda University also took it, but I heard that the effect is not very good.
Luoyang Zhongsilicon is cold hydrogenated, with a conversion rate of 20~25. There are problems and require regular maintenance.
