Pipe diameters not recommended in HG standards

Pipe diameters (pipe fittings) that are not recommended in HG standards, why are they not recommended? Is it difficult to buy them on the market? Expensive?
As far as I know, these pipe manufacturers produce less, and pipe dealers generally do not stock this kind of pipe. If someone needs it, they can purchase it in small quantities, but the extra money will be higher if they purchase it specifically.

I know that if you see a pipe wall thickness table, the outer diameter is divided into AB series, and A series is not recommended.
Recommended pipe diameters (nominal diameter) are:: 32,65,125,650,750,950,1100,1300,1500,1700,1900.
