Employees' salary issues

Society is a collection of contradictions; for example, at work, our company leaders often tell us that we shouldn’t worry too much about the level of salary, as our careers have just begun – we need to think ahead! But I don’t understand what the purpose of our work is? Isn’t it for money? Now let’s look back; will we keep looking back further? What is our ultimate goal, actually? It’s for a better life; to put it simply, it’s for money! I’m not sure what others think about this issue, as I’ve been feeling depressed lately. The company’s management says things that annoy people; it seems like they’re trying to deceive us, finding excuses for their stinginess! ~
Why not hold it against them? Without money, what can one eat or wear, and what can be used when sick? Of course, it’s really not necessary to worry too much at first, but only on the condition that the company or the job is worth ignoring
Don’t be too fussy when you first start working, as you still lack the means to be fussy about things. Keep in mind that in today’s society, income is proportional to your abilities and your contribution to the company, especially in private enterprises.
Indeed, one shouldn’t be too fussy, as long as this job allows you to learn and grow (it’s best if it’s quite busy)
Why not care? Bosses are all like this; they trick people. If you can learn something, that’s fine, but if you can’t learn anything, then they start complaining about the salary. I’m also thinking about resigning over this issue. It’s frustrating – I have to do two jobs but only get paid for one, and the salary for that job isn’t even as high as it used to be. What’s the point of this??? I work either for the skills I can gain or for the money; if I can’t acquire any skills, then at least I need the money~~~~~

We work all for a promising financial future; if there is no hope for such a future, then all we can do is hope for good financial prospects.

When you first start working, it’s better not to argue too much with him, after all, you don’t have much experience yet. Once we have the technology, it will be justified to hold him accountable
