This is my first time working with the Bentley 3500, and I don’t have much information available. I tried to set it up on my own, but the OK light of the 42M module used for measuring vibration speed kept flashing continuously. I checked the wiring and everything else, and the configuration seems to be fine. What could be causing this issue?
Reinserting the card should solve the problem
Check whether the card is functioning properly; try using a spare card

Re-download the configuration file and then plug and unplug the card once more.
If the probe input signal on a given channel is not within the upper/lower limit range, the channel OK LED will turn off, while the BYPASS LED will turn on; the channel will fail, and the OK relay will lose power. If the channel’s input signal returns to within the upper and lower limit ranges for at least 30 seconds, the channel OK LED will flash at a frequency of 1HZ to indicate that it has returned to the OK state, while the BYPASS LED will turn off, indicating that monitoring is active. At this time, press the RESET button on the system monitor to stop the flashing of the OK LED
