After reading the comments and discussions from the moderators, my personal opinion is as follows: 1. First of all, the moderators should unite as one, share a common goal, and stay in touch with each other. 2. The best posts from the previous day should be brought to the front on the following day so that everyone can learn from them and participate in discussions. 3. The amount of points awarded should depend on the quality of the posts; not every post deserves points. Many of the posts and replies may be irrelevant or filler content, and we ourselves sometimes do that as well. Therefore, while maintaining enthusiasm among everyone, points should be assigned judiciously. People post questions because they don’t understand something, but the moderators should consider the relevance of those questions when deciding on points. 4. Those who serve as moderators have a strong sense of responsibility and mission
