Regarding equipment heating issues (DC power heating) —— Experts, please help

Recently, I encountered a problem related to DC power heating: a client wanted to heat a reactor using a furnace to a certain temperature and then use DC power to maintain that temperature. But I know nothing about DC power supplies (in fact, I know little about electricity in general); I’m not sure if this can be achieved. Please help, experts. Thank you!
I’m not sure whether your electric heating is used for heating inside the reaction vessel or externally; currently, it’s more common to use resistance wires outside the reaction vessel to achieve far-infrared heating. There are also many manufacturers that specialize in far-infrared heating – you can search for them online.
