When installing pressure and differential pressure transmitters, how do you determine the respective pressure sampling points? What are the regulations? Is a height difference allowed between the pressure tapping point and the installed gauge head? It still has to be on a plane.

When measuring lower pressures, it is advisable to position the transmitter at the same horizontal level as the pressure tapping port； Even under high pressure, attention should be paid to the impact of static pressure on measurements. The differential pressure transmitter for measuring liquids should be installed below the lower pressure tapping. The differential pressure measuring transmitter for gases should be installed above the two pressure tapping ports.
