The system used in our company is CS3000: one engineer station and five operation stations. Recently, when I was trying to load the updated flowchart screens, I found that there were no issues with the loading process. However, upon checking whether the operation stations had completed the loading process, I discovered that one of the machines had not completed the loading. The flowchart still showed the old version and had not been updated. Why is this happening? I have checked the system network as well, and everything seems to be fine. Please help!
The system network is working properly; the devices can be seen in Network Neighborhood. You should check whether the reference database has been set up correctly, whether DCOM is configured properly, and also examine the firewall settings. You can even take screenshots of the relevant information so that everyone can take a look and study it together
After changing the process screen, download HIS and Tag-list, and restart the process screen. If that still doesn’t work, try downloading the common components
Install HIS and TAG-LIST for the lower-level components, then restart the computer; there should be no problems thereafter

If the firewall is on, it won’t be able to download!
Was the mirror set up correctly? a.. Please check it carefully
This is probably due to an unsuccessful download at some point in the past. Restart the computer (make sure to restart it first), then go to the [.SH HIS SETUP] HIS parameter settings screen. Check whether there are any items that still need to be downloaded from the reference database screen; once those have been downloaded, you can proceed with the download on the engineer station. Firewalls can also cause problems with downloads, so make sure they are turned off. The final solution is to copy the DATABASE file from the HIS folder on another computer and use it to replace the DATABASE file on this computer, then restart the computer.
It’s worth noting to check if the picture is correct
It’s possible that the flowchart on your workstation uses a shortcut that is different from the one used on the engineer’s workstation!
Under normal circumstances, the firewall is disabled by default in the system. If there is an urgent need to resolve the issue, LZ can first copy the shortcut link to the flowchart that needs to be updated to that workstation where it has not been installed, in order to ensure normal operation. Then check whether the names and paths of the flowcharts on the unupdated systems match those on the engineer station. Finally, check the log files and history. The history record of the CS3000 is very detailed; basically, all fault alarms, including those related to configuration, are indicated. If you can’t solve it on your own, send over the relevant historical records.
