The issue of drawing the top layer in the floor plan

The process design manual describes the floor plan as a top-down view of that floor when viewed from the bottom of the floor above it. But what about the top floor? Since it has a steel frame structure with no roof, is it sufficient to simply use a top-down view? Thank you for your guidance; I am extremely grateful.
Imagine looking down from an airplane and drawing what you can see. But don’t argue with me – it’s too high; you can’t see anything, haha.
Naturally, you just look directly; no matter how tall you are, as long as you’re on the top floor, the view should be the same in theory. (The glasses need to be good enough, haha)
