Hello! We are providing you with the conditions and requirements for hydrogen production using pressure swing adsorption. Please submit a comprehensive design plan for the implementation of this process by September 30, 2009, including details regarding pipelines, mixing, and washing processes. Additionally, please provide your company’s qualification documents for design and construction work, to be used in the bidding process. Conditions: Raw gas: Synthetic off-gas at a flow rate of 0–2000 NM3/h, with a pressure of 25 Mpa and an ammonia content of 7.3%; the gas source is located 200 M away. Refined gas: Flow rate of 0–8000 NM3/h, pressure of 10.5 Mpa; the gas source is also 200 M away, with an ammonia content of 0.35% ; Components after mixing the two gases: approximately 72% hydrogen, about 25% nitrogen, around 2% methane, and about 1% argon (meets requirements after washing). Requirements: 1. Hydrogen purity: ≥98.5% (mandatory requirement); 2. Hydrogen pressure: 0.5 Mpa (mandatory requirement); 3. Hydrogen flow rate: ≥5200 Nm3/h (mandatory requirement); 4.
