Let’s discuss why, in a coal powder boiler, the coal powder does not burn once it is injected into the furnace, but instead is discharged directly through the slag outlet.

It is recommended to use hot air for powder feeding and to increase the ignition time, so as to raise the furnace temperature above the temperature required for stable combustion of the coal powder.
The lower secondary air supply is insufficient, and it is not possible to support the coal powder； The primary air velocity is low, resulting in insufficient power; the distance it can travel is short, so there isn’t enough time for combustion, and it falls due to gravity
