I’m a recent graduate and want to join a subsidiary of a large state-owned enterprise; why did the employees there tell me that it will take three years before I can become a full-time employee? As far as I know, the longest trial period is 6 months. If one enters, what status does that person have during the first three years, and what are the differences in terms of benefits and treatment compared to full-time employees? Please, any knowledgeable Haidou users who can help me answer this question, thank you
It’s some state-owned enterprise or something; I suggest you take a look at the Labor Law
First, it’s illegal, haha. Second, be careful of traps. Third, you must be cautious
What kind of company is this? I need to find out more carefully
I’ve heard that quite a few classmates have a one-year probation period; there’s no bonus during this year, but benefits are available. It’s a three-year contract; it’s better to ask around at the company. State-owned enterprises these days are too unfair.
Haha, it’s CNOOC, right? Are they that arrogant?
State-owned enterprises used to be different; once you joined, you became a full-time employee right away. The situation is unclear now; could things have changed that much?
It seems pretty good; at least you’ve been told in advance.
For such companies, I will definitely not work there under any circumstances; they don’t respect people, and there’s no passion in working there at all!
I’ve never heard of a trial period that long; moreover, state-owned enterprises should follow the regulations. What kind of company is this that acts in such an absurd manner?
Be careful~~~~~ What kind of unit is that? Three years to become a full-time employee? That’s nonsense~~~~~
