What are the code requirements regarding foundation settlement for 3000m³ storage tanks?

I majored in chemical engineering, so I’m not very familiar with civil engineering. Are there any relevant standards regarding the requirements for foundation settlement?
It is specified in the Design Code for Foundation of Steel Storage Tanks, GB50437-2008
