I would like to ask those in the Shell and space furnace industry: what type of coal grinder do you use? I looked at the promotional materials for the ZGM medium-speed grinder produced by Beijing Electric Power Equipment Factory; it is said to be an improved version of the MPS grinder, but it uses a grinding disc – so isn’t it essentially a flat-disc grinder? Also, has anyone used a bowl grinder?
The shell uses the same coal grinding system as that in space furnaces; basically, medium-speed grinders manufactured by Beijing Electric Power Equipment Manufacturing Factory are employed, which are disc-type grinders
A medium-speed coal grinder is used; it is a type of efficient and energy-saving grinder suitable for grinding materials of moderate hardness such as bituminous coal. The main manufacturers of medium-speed grinders at present are: Beijing Electric Power Equipment Corporation, Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Heavy Mining Equipment Factory, and Shanghai Heavy Machinery Factory.
Space furnaces are basically manufactured by the Heavy Mineral Equipment Factory of Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group
Are there any relevant drawing documents? What are the differences compared to imported ones, such as the Williams coal mills from the United States? Recently, the management wanted to know whether domestic equipment should be used.
