Paperless recorder

Today I received a Pangu 8-channel paperless recorder, model MC-700. It was set up to display data from 8 K-type thermocouples; all the channel settings were the same. However, after connecting the thermocouples, only the first 4 channels showed proper readings, while the last 4 channels failed to display any temperature values. I checked the settings and found no issues; since there is no relevant manual available, I’m not sure what could be causing this problem Could you please tell me if Haiyou has any solutions or ways to deal with similar problems? Thank you!
