In low-temperature systems, such as those using liquid nitrogen as the medium, does the gate valve on the pipeline have a direction? What’s the principle? Thank you
There are gate valves equipped with low-temperature valves; a pressure relief hole must be drilled in the gate at the medium inlet side, so that gas can be discharged through this hole when the pressure inside the valve chamber increases.
