I would like to ask how the slag and water system of the Linquan space furnace is performing currently
In the early stages of operation, the slag and water system of the Linquan space furnace encountered numerous problems, primarily manifested in poor flocculation of ash water, valve wear, pipeline scaling, and a high failure rate of the slag lockhopper valves. After nearly a year of trial and improvement, it is now operating well overall.
The slag water issue isn’t a big problem, as there is Texaco technology to support it; the key factor now might be the stability of the furnace.
Could those who are familiar with it share some information on the recent operating conditions of the space furnace?
