For example, there are 4 Texaco gasifiers in the plant, all of which are new units; 3 are in operation while 1 is on standby. They have all been installed and are ready to be put into use. What is the typical number of days between startup sessions for a Texaco gasifier, and how is it scheduled? What factors are taken into consideration when making such decisions? Please share your experiences.
This needs to be arranged reasonably, with a plan in place. A detailed plan is formulated by mainly referring to the burner and system cleaning, and taking into account the service life of the cone bottom bricks and cylinder bricks.
Thank you! Could you be more specific? For example, is it one gasification furnace to be started every 20 days, or every 30 days, or 60 days? What is the main deciding factor to consider: burner life, refractory brick life, or production reliability?
Replacing it every 40 to 50 days is a reasonable timeframe
Under consideration: If there are three units in operation and one as backup, with each furnace operating for 40 days, and assuming that the refractory bricks need to be replaced once a year for each system, also over a period of 40 days, then it essentially means that one system’s refractory bricks need to be replaced every quarter? It seems that formulating production plans is too difficult. Does anyone have experience in the operation management and planning of water-coal slurry gasifiers? Share it by posting it.

Is 40 days too conservative of a timeframe? 60-70 days should be about right
A burner that can operate at full load for 40 days is already very good; originally it could only last a month.
