Are the stainless steel furnace tubes of the on-site heating furnace and the carbon steel tubes that serve as a support structure below them welded together directly? Is this allowed? If there are problems, how can they be solved?

Not allowed. When the two are welded together, the stainless steel rusts immediately. It is recommended to weld a section of stainless steel pipe beneath the stainless steel furnace tube, with a diameter identical to that of the carbon steel pipe, and then perform a transition weld between the two.

Yes, but it should be welded using austenitic A132 electrodes.
It is generally not allowed to weld them together directly, as this can lead to electrochemical corrosion; it is best to use a stainless steel transition plate in between. However, this is usually only a theoretical recommendation. In situations where the requirements are not high, such as at normal pressure and low temperatures, practical experience shows that corrosion at the junction where carbon steel and stainless steel are welded together is not significant.
The main reason for using stainless steel in the heating furnace tubes is to take advantage of its high-temperature resistance rather than its corrosion resistance. Therefore, it is possible to weld carbon steel directly to stainless steel, and welding materials such as A307 electrodes, which are rich in chromium and nickel, should be used to ensure that the welds meet the required standards in terms of strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance.

There is no problem using special welding electrodes.
I don’t think it’s possible; this could lead to carburization. If there is too much carbon in stainless steel, it is no longer stainless steel
