What are the forms that ground leads can take?
The three main types I’ve seen are: 1. Connected to pipes that run deep into the ground (I’m not sure if this is necessary); 2. Connected to the nearest circuit that is connected to the ground grid; 3. Static electricity detectors (this can be considered one as well); 4. Directly connected to stainless steel pipes buried 3–5 meters deep (used to deceive others; I don’t think this counts)
I agree with the first two points mentioned above: 1. Connecting to the water pipes that reach deep into the ground (I’m not sure if this is necessary); 2. Connecting to the nearest circuit that is connected to the ground grid. Generally speaking, if you want to connect to the ground, there will be a grounding post around the factory, and you just need to connect to that.
In my opinion: 1. Connect to the water pipe that runs deep into the ground (although there is a specified depth for buried water pipes; I’ve forgotten exactly how much). 2. Connect to the nearest line that is connected to the ground grid (this is recommended)
