I majored in materials chemistry and just graduated this year. I’m feeling very lost now; I wonder how my seniors are doing ? Talk about you guys
It should be possible to find a job; it’s a bit difficult to find a good one, though.
It’s indeed difficult to find a job in materials chemistry, as it is too interdisciplinary. It’s best to try out any job related to chemistry or materials science; in fact, after starting work, it’s your ability to keep learning that matters most, as what is taught in school is often too superficial
If you want to pursue a career in technology, just get a master’s degree :)
The economy has recovered, and the employment situation is fairly good; there’s no need to worry too much
