Are we loyal to the company, or loyal to our career! Doing a job you don’t like, just wasting time all day with no chance to show what you can do – it’s frustrating!
In state-owned enterprises, if you don’t put in the effort to learn something, it feels like you’re just drifting through your days; it’s boring to be like that at such a young age.
Do your job well every day; that is the best choice. Whether you are loyal to the company or to your career.
Without any connections or backing, and not being a genius either – no matter how hard one tries, one is destined to work as a laborer~~~
The typical career path for college students: employment – unemployment – job selection – career – professional achievement. It is important to understand one’s strengths and weaknesses and to develop a career plan that suits oneself. Changing jobs at the right time will accelerate your growth.
Firstly, state-owned enterprises are the best places to develop one’s skills; no matter what kind of work is involved, one should work hard. The more you do, the more you learn. While working, it’s important to think critically and define one’s own role. In one’s free time, one should learn things that interest them, and seize opportunities – this way, there will be room for growth after changing jobs. I realized this only later on.
Laziness and poor work performance are common problems in state-owned enterprises. To achieve success in such companies, one needs to have strong self-discipline, a clear plan, the ability to carry it out, and perseverance; there are still many opportunities available.
Everything is centered around money; in my opinion, the best measure of a job is the amount of money it generates. Loyalty to a company means nothing these days; why should I work for a company that’s willing to pay me only 50 when I’m worth 100? There’s also the issue of career prospects. To put it simply, what does it mean to have good career prospects? Isn’t it just high salaries and a relaxed workload? There’s no set rule regarding whether to stay or leave. One has just graduated, and the priority is to learn skills; if one gains skills and their salary increases, they continue working there, but if the salary doesn’t increase, they change jobs. A tree dies if it stays in one place, but a person can thrive by changing locations~~~~~~
From my own perspective, do what you do with passion and strive to reach a high level in it! If the decision has been made, leave as soon as possible. For large state-owned enterprises, they won’t care whether you stay or go, because they’re never short of staff and aren’t worried about not being able to find people
One can learn things everywhere – knowledge, skills, how to be a person, and various methods. Feeling that I’ve learned enough, staying there doesn’t hold much promise for my future, so it’s better to go out and explore. Talk about corporate loyalty? That’s nonsense; bosses might just run away with the money one day. It’s better to just do your own job well.
