Purpose of the event: As National Day approaches, the leisure area, while congratulating our great motherland on its 60th anniversary, is launching a competition titled “Shining HaiChuan”. The competition will run from now until November 31st. Give members the opportunity to showcase their talents, so that everyone will realize that HaiChuan is not only a gathering place for technical experts but also home to many talented individuals. Stop holding back your talents – show them off fully! Shine through your voice and help make HaiChuan shine as well! II. Activity Content: Members of all grades can participate, as long as you are brave enough and willing to let everyone hear your voice. Each participant is required to bring their own original audio/video files to compete. Considering the issues associated with uploading videos, competition is restricted to audio submissions only. The audio content can be songs or monologues in which you express your thoughts, talk about your love for the sea and rivers, or share jokes – it can be whatever voice you have. However, the content of the songs and monologues must be positive. Note: Entries are required to include a self-introduction before the song or monologue, stating one’s forum nickname and UID number (this is to prevent people from using the voices of celebrities to enter the competition!) ) Members should post their entries in separate threads, not below this post; the entries will be compiled regularly. Entries should be titled “Shining Seas and Rivers” – Entry + Song Title. III. Selection Rules: Relevant experts are being invited to serve as judges, and the list will be announced once the time is right; I will serve as one of the main judges. The judges are asked to provide their evaluations based on the principles of fairness and impartiality. Requirements for songs: The covered songs are compared in terms of their compatibility with the accompaniment, vocal qualities, the emotions conveyed by the songs, and the quality of the recording. Original works are encouraged; participants who submit original creations will be given extra points in addition to the standard evaluation criteria. Requirements for monologues: Comparison is made in terms of Mandarin proficiency, content of the monologue, and recording quality. From all the entries, the top five in the song category and the top five in the monologue category are selected and awarded corresponding prizes. For songs: Contestant, Song performed, Accompaniment quality (10 points), Vocal characteristics (10 points), Emotional expression (10 points), Clarity of pronunciation (10 points), Recording quality (10 points). Total score; an additional score of 1–5 points is given for originality. For monologues: Contestant, Song performed, Proficiency in Mandarin (10 points), Creativity of the monologue (10 points), Emotional expression (10 points), Attitude towards the performance (10 points), Recording quality (10 points). Total score. Note: Five judges assign scores; the highest and lowest scores are excluded, and the average of the remaining scores is used as the final score. IV. Rewards and Penalties: All members who submit their works to the competition as required will receive a commemorative award, while the top five winners will be granted generous prizes. (For details, see the attached table.) Note: 1. The scores given to the contestants in Article 3 are assigned by the judges from a relatively professional perspective, and they serve only as reference scores. The actual rankings will be determined after this event ends, through a voting process in which all people from Haichuan participate in making the decision. The final rankings are announced on the forum at the end of the event, and after that, cleaners provide the various judges with appropriate rewards for their work. 2. Each person may choose only one category, either songs or monologues, to compete in, and must submit one piece of work. Appendix: Rank, Rewards (for songs), Rewards (for monologues). First place: Awarded the Talent Medal + 10 charm points; Awarded the Talent Medal + 5 charm points. Second place: 400 wealth + 8 charm points; 400 wealth + 4 charm points. Third place: 300 wealth + 6 charm points; 300 wealth + 3 charm points. Fourth place: 200 wealth + 4 charm points; 200 wealth + 2 charm points. Fifth place: 100 wealth + 2 charm points; 100 wealth + 1 charm point. Memorial award: Every member who submits a work for competition receives 1 charm point
