The period before was a peak time for working on projects; now it’s our turn to discuss our experiences regarding operation, installation, and maintenance. If you have any questions, first check the books and guidelines to find answers. If you’ve done that and still can’t figure it out, then come here and post your questions! Posts that show thoughtful consideration will be rewarded with high scores (and of course, more followers will respond to them). I certainly won’t be polite with posts that lack genuine thought or are meaningless.
Where can I buy similar specifications and books?
These are things that are hard to see here; the installation process is kept confidential, and those who have experience in equipment maintenance are usually the maintenance staff themselves, so not many people are involved in this process here.
Most simply, when carrying out the three inspections and four determinations after a project is completed, are production technicians involved? Many projects only involve design institutes, construction units, and the project departments (or engineering departments) of various companies – how is that possible? It involves showing at least the basic respect due to professionals. Additionally, there is a lot to know about dealing with the client and the construction company – what is the appropriate process for interaction? What kind of connection procedures are required? What kind of acceptance criteria? As for production maintenance, I think there isn’t much difference between the polysilicon industry and other large-scale chemical industries; after trial production, repairs require experienced production technicians to come up with practical modification plans!
It’s estimated that only superficial topics can be discussed on the forum; going into too much detail is not advisable. It mainly depends on everyone’s comprehension ability.
