Introduction to the conference: The 2nd International Conference on Digital Economy and Management Science (CDEMS 2024) will be held in Wuhan, China, from April 26–28, 2024. The conference mainly focused on research areas such as the digital economy and management science. The conference aims to provide a platform for experts and scholars in economics, management, and science to exchange research findings and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research perspectives, strengthen academic research and discussions, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. Experts, scholars, business professionals, and other relevant individuals from universities and research institutions both at home and abroad are warmly invited to attend! Key speaker: Professor Ma Chenghu from Fudan University. Ma Chenghu obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto in 1992 and is a professor of finance at the School of Management of Fudan University. The research involves multiple related fields such as financial economics and game theory. A shadow-CAPM general equilibrium pricing model was constructed ; Unarbitrage and equilibrium option pricing formulas expressed in terms of risk-neutral moment generating functions, independent of model assumptions, were derived ; The theory of trading strategies and portfolio investment under jump conditions was established ; The concept of the equilibrium solution in “incomplete contract” games was proposed ; It proved the “welfare economics theorem” under constrained incomplete markets, constructed the preferences of representative investors, and resolved issues such as the “financial market aggregation problem”. Dr. Lin Runhui, China; Professor of Organization and Management at Nankai University, and Deputy Dean of the Business School at Nankai University. Dr. Lin Runhui is a professor of Organization and Management at the Business School of Nankai University, director of the Internet Governance Center at the China Corporate Governance Institute, and deputy director of the Selten Lab at Nankai University (named after and supported by Nobel Prize in Economics laureate Reinhard Selten, dedicated to research in experimental economics and management). From 2004 to 2005, he was a visiting scholar at Harvard University in the United States. He is a member of various domestic and international academic associations such as the Association for Operations Management (AOM) and the Association for Information Systems (AIS). He serves as a researcher and consultant for multiple academic institutions, as well as a director for various companies, including state-owned and private enterprises. The limited company serves as a peer reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the AOM annual conference, and several domestic top-tier management journals. He obtained a PhD in management. The main research areas include network organizations and innovation governance, corporate governance of Chinese multinational companies, technology (ICT) and innovation management, systematic analysis of complex organizational and management systems, and network analysis methods. Professor Liao Junfeng, South China University of Technology, China. Dr. Liao Junfeng is a professor of management and the deputy dean of the School of Economics and Management at Kashgar University. Since September 2004, I have been teaching at the Department of E-commerce at South China University of Technology, holding positions such as teaching assistant, lecturer, and associate professor. I teach graduate students the course “Research Methodology”, and undergraduate students courses such as “Management”, “Marketing”, “Internet Finance”, and “Economics”. His main research areas are online marketing and Internet finance. He has published over 40 papers in CSSCI- and EI-indexed journals as well as at international conferences. He has also led more than 10 major projects, including those funded by the **Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund, the Guangdong Province Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund, the Guangzhou City Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund, and the Key Projects Fund for Central Universities. Fan Mingyue, female, of Han ethnicity, holds a doctorate from Jiangsu University. Currently, she is an associate professor in the Department of Information Management and Information Systems at the School of Management, Jiangsu University, and a member of the Economics and Management Branch of the Jiangsu Automation Society. Professor Chen Xu, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China. Chen Xu is a professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu, China. He also serves as the dean of the School of Management and Economics. His current research interests include collaborative management, supply chain management, and operations management. His works have been published in \"Production and Operations Management\", \"IISE Transactions\", \"IIE Transactions\", \"European Journal of Operational Research\", \"Omega International Journal of Management Science\", \"Journal of Business Research\", \"IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management\", and \"IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics\".
