I would like to ask everyone: 1. What is the typical price for supplying circulating cooling water to external factories? (What multiple is it of the price of raw water?) 2. If steam is supplied to external factories, what is the typical price for superheated steam at 4.0 MPa and 450°? It’s urgent; thank you all in advance.
I estimate it’s 220 yuan per ton of steam now
250 yuan is a reference value; a specific calculation can be done
I agree with the price mentioned above, 250-300 yuan, but the actual cost is not that amount
I’m not sure how to calculate it. However, the main cost factor for steam production is coal consumption; generally, 150–200 kg of coal is required per ton of steam, depending on the calorific value of the coal. The price of coal varies depending on the distance from the coal-producing areas. Assuming a price of 500 yuan per ton, the cost of coal for producing one ton of steam is around 100 yuan. Adding in the depreciation cost of other equipment, I think the total cost per ton of steam is probably around 150 yuan.
It depends on the local coal price. In the past, the cost per meal was generally under 100 yuan, but in today’s market, it’s usually above 100 yuan
The price of circulating water is not high; it’s estimated to be around 0.8 to 1.5 yuan. The price of steam is estimated to be between 200 and 250 yuan. This is just my personal opinion for reference only
I think it has to be determined based on the fuel price
I think 200 yuan is a reasonable price
This needs to be calculated based on the local price of the fuel used by the poster; boilers can run on coal, gas, oil, etc.
250 yuan to 270 yuan is sufficient
