A wastewater incinerator has just been assembled, and it needs to be dried before it can be put into use in order to remove the moisture, including crystalline water, from the furnace bricks and especially from the cast materials used in its construction. The fuel consumption is 15–45 kg/h. I would appreciate some advice on what type of burner should be used; it would be ideal if specific diesel burners from particular manufacturers could be recommended, ones that can ensure good atomization within the required flow range, complete combustion, and minimal smoke production.
The furnace must strictly follow the heating curve. Therefore, the burner selected must not only meet the requirements of good atomization, complete combustion, and low smoke production, but also ensure reliable temperature control. It is different from ordinary burners, which only need to have the ability to adjust the load. It should be even better able to meet the temperature requirements at different stages. Put simply, it is not merely simple heating; rather, it combines the supply of heating air with the provision of high temperature at the end of the baking process. The strictness of furnace drying directly determines the lifespan of the furnace!
