How to set up maintenance workshop personnel for a 2500t/year polysilicon project?
I don’t quite understand what it means. The division of labor is based on the nature of the work, which is mainly divided into instrumentation, electrical, and machine repair (including fitters, welders, etc.). According to the level, it is divided into managers, deputy managers, section leaders, and planners. Each team is assigned a squad leader, and the scheduling is assigned to the section leader. Production scheduling is uniformly distributed, and the squad leader is responsible for specific staff arrangements.
This is not only related to the scale, but also the most important thing is related to the management level and the condition of the equipment. If there are frequent problems with the equipment and pipelines, there will be a lot of maintenance personnel.
