Agree to a reward scheme that focuses on encouragement rather than offering too many rewards

Every post they upload has actually already been rewarded as part of the regular rewards; giving them additional rewards seems a bit redundant. It’s not that I don’t want to give them points, but points must be earned through legitimate reasons and through one’s own efforts. Still, this is a rather creative management approach.
