What types of products are mainly made from homopolymer and impact-resistant copolymer polypropylenes with a high melt index (above 30) during post-processing?
It is mainly used for coating and as a base material for color masterbatches.

As far as I know, polypropylene is drawn into materials such as polypropylene fibers and non-woven fabrics; high melt index grades are also used for these applications. I’m not sure whether those with a melt index of over 30 are utilized as well…………
Let me answer. Homopolymerized materials with high melt index are mainly used in non-woven fabrics. They are also used in high-speed injection molding to produce thin-walled products such as lunch boxes. As for copolymerized materials with high melt index, they are primarily used for making small, thin-walled items like ice cream containers

Impact-resistant copolymerized polypropylene usually refers to multiphase copolymers; it is typically homopolymerized polypropylene combined with EPDM copolymer or block copolymers along with EPDM rubber. Applications include injection molding (mainly for washing machine drums, household appliance components, automotive interior parts, etc.), and extrusion (some applications involve pipes that are not made of PPR but rather of this copolymer material – though such cases are rare).
