Which indicator of the LNG heat exchanger does LMTD reflect in the LNG heat exchanger in HYSYS, and what range should its normal value be?
I also really want to know the answer to this question. How should Lmtd be adjusted?
LMTD refers to the effective logarithmic mean temperature difference of the heat exchanger. If there is no phase change in the materials on both sides, this value is related to the inlet and outlet temperatures of the fluid on both sides. If there is a phase change in the materials on both sides, it is related to the dew point or bubble point of the material and the structural process of the heat exchanger.
