This post was last edited by zx9527007 on 2010-1-13 22:59. Screw pumps are positive-displacement pumps. Do not hold back the pressure. Is there any screw pump on the market that is designed with an overpressure protection safety valve built in?
Basically, they all have it. But when the traffic volume is high, it might not be sufficient.
They should all have one; each pump is equipped with a small air reservoir, and a safety valve is located there.
Yes, we have screw pumps used in our workshop.
Safety valves can be built into the pump itself, or they can be installed on the pipelines. The avatar upstairs is really unique – shooting eagles with a bow!

Screw pumps include single-screw, double-screw, triple-screw, and five-screw pumps. Generally, single-screw and five-screw pumps do not come equipped with safety valves; the other types of screw pumps do have safety valves, but these valves serve only to protect the pump itself. Additional safety valves should be installed in the pipelines as well
