Issues regarding the air vents in the granulation tower

Dear sea friends； For the air vents in granulation towers, is it better to use fully automatic or semi-automatic louvered vents for optimal ventilation, or are fixed plate-type vents more effective? I would appreciate advice from those with expertise.
Please discuss: How can the louvered vents in a granulation tower be made fully or semi-automated? The ones in use now are basically fixed, right?
This post was last edited by Xieshui on 2009-10-22 at 08:18. They’re all the same – they’re used to adjust the area of the air inlet in the granulation tower. What’s important is that the device remains easy to operate over time. Urea powder that has absorbed moisture is corrosive; such corrosion can make it difficult to operate the switches, or even prevent them from functioning at all. I’ve seen many plants with relatively low production capacity, where the diameter of the granulation tower is just over 10 meters or even less, and in such cases there are no louvers at the air inlet, so production continues regardless of weather conditions in winter or summer.
I think fixed-panel windows are better.
There are also door-type windows, whose air flow can be adjusted, which is quite convenient.
