I am currently working on the feasibility study. The factory does not have a saturated steam pipeline system at 4.0 Mpa; it only has superheated steam at 4.0 Mpa and 400°C. Meanwhile, the plant generates 200 t/h of saturated steam at 4.0 Mpa. I’m not sure how to deal with this situation, so I’m seeking advice.

The issues raised by those upstairs are very important; the key lies in the uses of steam. For example, in order for steam to drive a turbine, some turbines have specific requirements regarding the steam temperature. Therefore, saturated steam cannot be simply mixed in, otherwise it will affect the safe operation of the steam turbine.
