In accordance with the \"Rules for the Management and Supervision of Appraisal and Evaluation for Administrative Licenses of Special Equipment\", issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on June 8, 2005, under Document No. Guo Jian Zhi Te 220, the Provincial Special Equipment Safety Supervision Bureau has decided that, starting from July 2006, in line with the provisions of Chapter 3 \"Procedures and Requirements for Appraisal and Evaluation Work\" of these rules, the applying entity shall, after obtaining the license, invite an appraisal and evaluation agency from the list of such agencies published by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine to carry out the appraisal and evaluation.
